Alam Terrace Cottages - Ubud (Bali)

I loved the quiet atmosphere, especially while enjoying breakfast on the terrace with beautiful garden views. Be ready for wildlife sightings, as I saw monkeys while relaxing by the pool.

Staff were extremely great and kind!

The location was awesome, a 10-15 minute walk from a Hindu temple complex. The room was bright & fabulous with large clean bathroom, had free Wi-Fi. The pool was amazing and I had cool drinks in the music bar.

It was in a central setting down an alley from road. All the personnel was very friendly.

the water pressure was a bit low (that could be improved) but the room was spacious with a nice balcony overlooking the pool. the location was tranquil yet close enough to explore local restaurants.

The spacious room had a lovely view of the pool and garden, and I appreciated the fresh and simple breakfast that was served on our balcony. The tranquil environment, surrounded by nature, was perfect for relaxation and walking to nearby attractions. I found the towel rack in the bathroom was broken, which could use some attention.

The lush green garden surrounding the hotel created a serene environment for our family, while the refreshing swimming pool provided a safe space for the kids to play. We also appreciated the proximity to various restaurants.

The hot water was inconsistent, leaving me frustrated during my baths. On one occasion, I found my balcony dirty, disappointing as I had looked forward to enjoying the view. I attempted to book a quad biking tour through the hotel, but it turned into a hassle, as we faced miscommunication that wasted precious time and led to overcharging attempts from the tour provider.
